He has held senior in-house positions, including Head Legal and General Manager roles, in prominent conglomerates and infrastructure developers, overseeing legal functions for large-scale projects in telecom infrastructure and optical networks, roads, metro and rail transportation, water irrigation and desalination, airport development and operations, power generation, transmission, distribution and renewables, steel production, mining, oil and natural gas (upstream and downstream), EPC/construction, and transportation systems.
His core expertise encompasses regulatory interfaces with authorities such as PNGRB, APTEL, NHAI, AAI, CERC, and others; litigation and arbitration involving tariff disputes, concessions, claims, and enforcement; project financing documentation; mergers, acquisitions, demergers, restructuring, joint ventures, due diligence, and insolvency proceedings under the IBC; contract standardization, negotiation, and digitization; compliance mapping and implementation of advanced management systems; and imparting specialized training on legal and regulatory matters.
